Drew Barber
Collins Aerospace
Drew is the Vice President and General Counsel for Collins Aerospace. In this role, he oversees and provides leadership and guidance on all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, global compliance and ethics, intellectual property, and global trade compliance. Since joining the company in 2014, Drew has held a variety of leadership roles, including as an associate general counsel for United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where he played a key role in various transactions, including UTC’s sale of Sikorsky to Lockheed Martin, UTC’s acquisition of Rockwell Collins and UTC’s merger with Raytheon. Drew also served as associate general counsel & executive director of Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engines Contracts business. Most recently, Drew served as Chief of Staff for RTX’s Chief Executive Officer. Drew received his JD with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his BS in Economics from Trinity College.
Dan Berkovitz
Millennium
Dan is the Vice Chairman of External and Regulatory Affairs at Millennium, where he also serves as Chair of the Firm’s Compliance, Legal & Ethics Oversight Committee. From 2021 to 2023 Dan served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. From 2018 to 2021 he served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, following previous service as the agency’s General Counsel (2009 to 2013). He also has been a partner and co-chair of the Futures and Derivatives practice at the law firm of WilmerHale and Counsel for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, where he led investigations into the energy and commodity markets. Dan also is a Lecturer in Law teaching derivatives regulation at Columbia University Law School. Dan received an AB in Physics from Princeton University and a JD from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law.
Bill Dodero
Bayer US
Bill is Head of U.S. Law, Patents & Compliance (LPC) at Bayer. Bill was appointed to this role on Jan. 1, 2023. Bill is also a member of the U.S. Country Leadership Team. In his role, Bill oversees six Centers of Expertise in U.S. LPC – Compliance, Corporate Law, Litigation, Safety and Environmental Law, Employment and Labor Law, and International Trade Services. Bill previously held leadership roles across businesses both globally and locally in the U.S. He served as Vice President and Global Head, Litigation, a role he took on in 2018. Before joining Bayer, Bill was an attorney at O’Connor, Cohn, Dillon & Barr (1996-2002) where he served as national trial counsel for Bayer.
Alexander Dreier
Yale University
Alexander was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in November 2014 and joined the University in March 2015. Before coming to Yale, he was a partner in the higher education practice at Hogan Lovells in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Alexander was assistant to the provost and adjunct professor of law at the University of Oklahoma. He clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit for the Honorable Robert H. Henry. Alexander graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned an MA in philosophy and politics from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He holds a JD from Yale Law School.
Stephanie Graham
Northwestern University
Stephanie is Northwestern’s Vice President & General Counsel. Stephanie oversees all of the University’s legal affairs and directs its Office of General Counsel. She is a member of the University’s senior management team, advises the University trustees, the President, and other senior administrators and academic leaders on legal issues. Stephanie received a bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude with High Distinction in history from the University of Illinois and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received a JD degree with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She joined Northwestern University’s Office of General Counsel in 1993 as an Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Northwestern University, Stephanie was a labor and employment litigation attorney with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in Chicago, Illinois. She is licensed to practice in Illinois.
Rob Hochman
University of Chicago
Rob was appointed Vice President and General Counsel for the University of Chicago on June 16, 2025. In that role, he oversees the Office of Legal Counsel and is responsible for providing legal and strategic advice to the members of the University community on the broad range of issues our work involves. Prior to joining the University, Rob was the co-head of the Supreme Court, Appellate, and Litigation Strategies practice at Sidley Austin LLP. Rob began his career as a law clerk to Richard Posner of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and then also clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer at the U.S. Supreme Court. He holds a BA in Political Theory from Carleton College. And he graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Chicago Law School.
Jennifer Brosnahan McIntyre
Smithsonian Institution
Jennifer is the Chief Legal Officer for the Smithsonian Institution. She assumed the position on March 11, 2024. McIntyre is the principal legal advisor to the Smithsonian Institution, reporting to both the Secretary and the Board of Regents, the Smithsonian’s governing body. Previously, Jennifer spent 14 years at the Boeing Company, most recently as chief counsel for strategy and policy at Boeing Defense Space and Security. Jennifer serves on the board of directors of the Foundation for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and in other volunteer capacities in her community. She earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics magna cum laude from Harvard College. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland Bar.
Brent McIntosh
Citi
Brent is the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for Citi, overseeing Citi's Global Legal Affairs & Compliance organization, which includes the Legal Department, Independent Compliance Risk Management, Citi Security and Investigative Services, and Citi’s Regulatory Strategy and Policy function. Before joining Citi, Brent served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs (2019-2021) and as Treasury’s General Counsel (2017-2019), spearheading Treasury’s regulatory reform efforts. He had previously been a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell. Brent served in the White House from 2006 until 2009, first as Associate Counsel to the President and then as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Staff Secretary. Before that, he was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department. A Michigan native, Brent holds an AB in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and a JD from Yale Law School.
Jake Phillips
GE Aerospace
Jake is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of GE Aerospace. In this role, Jake leads the global legal, compliance, and security teams and is responsible for the legal and compliance strategy across all aspects of GE Aerospace. Prior to joining GE Aerospace in October 2023, Jake served at the White House as Deputy Counsel to the President and Legal Advisor to the National Security Council. Jake previously spent 13 years at Boeing, serving in a variety of leadership positions. Earlier in his career, Jake served in the U.S. Department of Justice as Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General and in the Office of Legal Counsel. He also worked in private practice as a commercial litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jake holds a JD degree with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
Anne Robinson
IBM
Anne is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at IBM, where she oversees Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Corporate Security, and Government & Regulatory Affairs. Before joining IBM, she was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Vanguard in addition to holding senior legal roles at Citigroup, and American Express, bringing extensive experience in global legal strategy and public policy. Anne began her career in private practice at Milbank and also served as counsel at Deloitte. She currently serves on the board of National Grid plc and is actively engaged in non-profit work with organizations like the MCCA and Children’s Rights. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Hampton University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
Adam Silver
National Basketball Association
Adam Silver is the Commissioner of the National Basketball Association (NBA), a role he has held since 2014. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (JD, 1988), Silver credits his legal education for shaping his analytical and problem-solving approach to leadership. Before joining the NBA in 1992, he clerked for Judge Kimba Wood and practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Silver remains deeply connected to UChicago Law, having received both the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2016 and the Professional Achievement Award in 2020. As Commissioner, he has been recognized globally for his transformative leadership, including being named Executive of the Decade by Sports Business Journal, and appearing on TIME’s 100 Most Influential People, Fortune’s 50 Greatest Leaders, and The Bloomberg 50. He was also named Sports Executive of the Year in 2014 by Sports Illustrated.
Zach Stern
PwC
Zach has served as General Counsel at PwC since 2020 and assumed responsibility as Chief Administrative Officer in 2024. He leads the Office of General Counsel, overseeing the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Public Policy functions and providing strategic counsel to the US Operating Committee and Board. Additionally, as Chief Administrative Officer, he is responsible for the administration of our partnership agreements, supporting PwC US’s Board of Partners and Principals. Prior to joining PwC in 2014 as Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation, Zach was a Managing Director and Asia-Pacific Chief Compliance Officer at Morgan Stanley, based in Hong Kong. Previously, Zach was an associate in the Litigation Department of Davis Polk & WardweIl in New York and clerked for the Honorable Peter K. Leisure of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable José A. Cabranes of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Zach graduated from Harvard College in 1994 and Harvard Law School in 1997, both magna cum laude.
