A Message from Dean Perry
Thank you for your interest in the University of Chicago Law School!
Whether you are drawn by our world-renowned, diverse and accessible faculty, the prospect of being a member of one of the most engaged and dynamic student bodies, the resources offered by a world-class university, or the excitement of being in one of the largest, most diverse (yet affordable) cities in the world, I am confident that UChicago Law can give you the necessary education, both in theory and in practice, to allow you to achieve your career goals. And it is my pleasure to introduce you to the University of Chicago Law School through our in-person and virtual offerings.
For the Spring Quarter, we are currently only open for visits and tours for our admitted students, but we will re-open for visits in the middle of May. In the meantime, we invite you to attend our virtual upcoming events. And set up a time to talk to our team members through our UChicago Law Sidebar program.
We also encourage you to explore our campus through our virtual tours so you can get a greater sense of life here at the Law School, at the University of Chicago and in the City of Chicago.
When you are ready to apply to UChicago Law, please apply through LSAC.org. Our application goes live on September 1, 2023!
I look forward to seeing you in Chicago and virtually soon!
Ann K. Perry, Associate Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid

A “city of neighborhoods,” Chicago offers diversity in dining, cultural, and scenic experiences. A long waterfront is especially fun for enjoying outdoor activities or a boat tour.Hear from students about Hyde Park and the City of Chicago
