On September 22, the University of Chicago Law School held its annual First Monday US Supreme Court Preview program offering faculty's expert insights into the upcoming term.

Moderated by Dean Adam Chilton, the panel featured Professors William Baude, Bridget Fahey, and Genevieve Lakier, who provided their perspectives on the cases, constitutional questions, the "shadow docket," and issues to watch in the year ahead.
