The Law School community and several key University administrators gathered in the Green Lounge on Monday, June 2, 2025, to honor Thomas J. Miles, who concludes his ten years of service as dean on June 30, and to celebrate the appointment of Adam Chilton, the Howard G. Krane Professor of Law, who takes the helm as the Law School’s 15th dean on July 1.
The reception featured laudatory remarks from President Paul Alivisatos, Provost Katherine Baicker, and Deputy Dean William H. J. Hubbard, as well as heartfelt speeches from Miles and Chilton.
