In the interest of facilitating conversations about important legal issues across viewpoints, the Law School faculty and the Office of the Dean of Students organizes a series of conversations with students hosted by faculty members.
Join Professors Martha C. Nussbaum and William Baude for this roundtable discussion on: The Legal Treatment of Transgender Individuals. How should the government treat transgender individuals in public spaces where sex or gender is relevant? May it ever disagree with an individual's own gender identity?
Limited to 8-12 students and registration is required. Lunch will be provided.
