In the interest of facilitating conversations about important legal issues across viewpoints, the Law School faculty and the Office of the Dean of Students organizes a series of conversations with students hosted by faculty members.

Join Professors Mary Anne Case and Geoffrey R. Stone for a discussion of the question: “Would it be better for the new conservative majority on the Supreme Court straightforwardly to overrule Roe v. Wade or to inflict on it death by a 1000 cuts in its scope?” Discussions are limited to 8-12 students, and registration is required.
