Join the Education and Child Advocacy Society as we speak with Sarah Dunne, an alum of the law school and an experienced education lawyer. Sarah Dunne has worked as a trial attorney for the DOJ's Civil Rights Division, as the legal director of the ACLU of Washington, and now works as the Chief Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights in Seattle, Washington. We will be discussing how to break into the field, what kinds of opportunities exist in the field, and what classes and experiences can prepare law students for a career in education law.
