Please join ECAS, NALSA, and SCAS for a lunch talk with Professor Kathryn Fort on recent legal developments concerning the Indian Child Welfare Act ("ICWA") and its enduring legacy as the gold standard in child welfare law.
Professor Fort is the Director of Clinics at Michigan State University College of Law and runs the Indian Law Clinic, where she teaches the clinic class and other classes in federal Indian law.
