Please join us for a conversation on affirmative action with David Hinojosa of the Lawyers' Committee, moderated by Professor Anthony Chen. This past fall, the Supreme court heard two affirmative action challenges brought by Students for Fair Admissions against Harvard and UNC. David Hinojosa defended affirmative action at oral argument in SFFA v. UNC.
