Join ACS, SALSA, and Defenders for a conversation with Judge Amit Mehta of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Judge Mehta has served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia since 2014. Before being nominated by President Barack Obama, Judge Mehta worked in private practice and as a staff attorney at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project. Judge Mehta received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
