Erin M. Hawley is a senior legal fellow at the Independent Women’s Law Center. She received her B.A. from Texas A&M and J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as a Coker Fellow and member of the Yale Law Journal. After graduating, Ms. Hawley clerked for Chief Justice Roberts on the Supreme Court and Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She previously practiced appellate law in Washington, D.C., and was an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri.
Jennifer Nou is a Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School. She received her B.A. and J.D. from Yale and an MPhil in Politics from Oxford University as a Marshall Scholar. After law school, Professor Nou clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court and Judge Richard Posner on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
