Please join HLS and PILS in welcoming Nooreen Reza from the Legal Council for Health Justice. For more than 35 years, the Legal Council for Health Justice has used the power of the law to secure dignity, opportunity, and well-being for people facing barriers due to illness or disability. Nooreen Reza is a Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Council for Health Justice in Chicago, Illinois. She staffs the medical legal partnership (MLP) with Christian Community Health Center, a clinic serving the far southside and south suburbs of Chicago. Nooreen is a 2021 graduate of University of Virginia Law School, where she was a Law and Public Service Fellow. Prior to law school, she worked at the Legal Aid Society of New York as a paralegal in a right-to-counsel pilot program in Brooklyn’s eviction court.
