Join fellow alumni to celebrate Adam Chilton’s appointment as dean of the Law School! Dean Chilton will sit down with Professor Genevieve Lakier for a timely discussion around “The State of the First Amendment."
President Trump’s exercise of executive power during his second administration has raised a plethora of often novel First Amendment questions that courts and others are grappling with today. This session will explore what the recent period reveals about the state of First Amendment law, and what it suggests for the future evolution of the law.
