Professors Will Baude and Steve Vladeck will discuss Professor Vladeck’s new book “The Shadow Docket: How the Supreme Court Uses Stealth Rulings to Amass Power and Undermine the Republic”. The term coined by Professor Baude in 2015, this discussion will bring new insights into the upcoming Supreme Court term and the long-term effects of the shadow docket.
Lunch will be provided to students.
