Guests:

  • Randy Barnett- Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown Law, where he directs the Center for the Constitution. He tried many felony cases as a prosecutor in the Cook County States’ Attorney’s Office in Chicago.
  • Geoffrey Stone – Law professor at University of Chicago. He has served as a law clerk at the US Supreme Court. He teaches and writes about constitutional law and is a member of the National Advisory Council of the American Civil Liberties Union.
