Geof Stone, David Strauss, and Lee Epstein Among Con Law Scholars Filing Amicus Brief in Same-Sex Marriage SCOTUS Case
Edward H. Levi Distinguished Service Professor Geoffrey Stone, Gerald Ratner Distinguished Service Professor of Law David Strauss, and Lecturer in Law Lee Epstein are among a group of Constitutional law scholars who have filed an amicus brief in Hollingsworth v. Perry, the California same-sex marriage case, in which they argue that the Constitution requires heightened judicial scrutiny of laws that discriminate against gay and lesbian persons.
