SALSA will be hosting a mocktail mixer TONIGHT, March 3rd at 6:30pm CST. This event is open to the entire law school. The first 15 people to RSVP will be reimbursed for the cost of ingredients up to $15. If you RSVP but do not attend the event, you will not be reimbursed.

There are two drink options, feel free to make either!

Tandoori Mocktail

2 curry leaves

1 long pepper

1/2 ounce fresh pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/4 ounce simple syrup (just mix sugar and water with a 1:2 ratio over heat)

1 slice grilled pineapple [optional]

Mango Mint Spicy Mocktail

2 cups sparkling water or soda water

2 cups mango nectar

5-6 mint leaves finely chopped

2 slices jalapeno pepper

Chaat masala to sprinkle [optional]

Sugar: 1-2 tsp [optional]
