Meditation is a simple technique that, if practiced for as few as 10 minutes each day, can help you control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation. Claire Parins, a trained yoga teacher, offers meditation sessions to reduce stress and help you feel more calm. 

Please join us Tuesday mornings at 8:00 a.m. in the Law School Auditorium before you start your school or workday. Sessions last between 20 and 25 minutes.
