Meditation is a simple technique that, if practiced for as few as 10 minutes each day, can help you control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation. Claire Parins, a trained yoga teacher, offers half hour meditation sessions to reduce stress and help you feel more calm. 

If one try doesn't help, you can repeat the process and tune in every Friday during Spring Quarter at 12:30 PM through Zoom.
