Join ACS and OutLaw for Professor William Eskridge, Jr.'s talk about his new book: Marriage Equality: From Outlaws to In-Laws. Relying on both the legal and political history as well as the personal stories of the marriage equality movement in the United States, Prof. Eskridge chronicles the dramatic history of the debate for marriage equality—a debate that did not end with the Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell.

Prof. William Eskridge, Jr. is the John A. Garver Professor of Jurisprudence at Yale Law School. He teaches Constitutional Law, Statutory Interpretation, and Sexuality, Gender, and the Law.
