Meditation is a simple technique that, if practiced for as few as 20 minutes each day, can help you achieve a greater capacity for relaxation, improve cardiovascular health, and decrease anxiety. Claire Parins offers meditation sessions to reduce stress and help you feel more calm.
Please join us Tuesday, January 9, at 3:00 p.m. in Room G to help balance your busy day. Sessions last between 20 and 25 minutes.
