Meditation is a simple technique that, if practiced for as few as 20 minutes each day, can help you achieve a greater capacity for relaxation, improve cardiovascular health, and decrease anxiety. Claire Parins offers meditation sessions to reduce stress and help you feel more calm. 

Please join us Tuesday, February 6 in Room G to help balance your busy day. Sessions last between 20 and 25 minutes.
