Join us for a discussion with Professor Tom Ginsburg on international humanitarian law, human rights law, and the question of statehood with respect to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Professor Ginsburg is the Leo Spitz Professor of International Law, Ludwig and Hilde Wolf Research Scholar, and Professor of Political Science. He currently co-directs the Comparative Constitutions Project. He has served as a legal adviser at the Iran-US Claims Tribunal, The Hague, Netherlands, and he continues to work with numerous international development agencies and foreign governments on legal and constitutional reform.
