Brody Greenwald is a partner in White & Case's international arbitration and litigation practices. He has been recognized as a Rising Star in International Arbitration by Law360 and as a Future Leader for Arbitration by Who's Who Legal. Brody has experience representing sovereign states as well as mining, logistics, telecommunications, and energy investors in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations. Brody practiced for 14 years in the Firm's Washington, DC office before relocating to Los Angeles in October 2020. Brody received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.

Dara Brown is an Associate at White & Case (Washington, DC office) with experience in the firm’s international arbitration practice. Dara received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2018.
