Professor Michael S. Kang of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law is a nationally recognized expert on campaign finance, voting rights, redistricting, and judicial elections. His research has been published widely in leading law journals and featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, and Forbes, among other publications. In this talk, he will discuss partisan gerrymandering in our hyperpolarized age.
