Join Tina Sessions for a discussion about the intersection of IP and Antitrust. Tina Sessions is a partner in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the antitrust practice. Tina has tried and handled cases cases in antitrust and IP matters. Among her landmark cases are the trial and appeal of FTC v. Qualcomm, an important case about Qualcomm's licensing practices for chips.
This convening is open to all invitees who are compliant with UChicago vaccination requirements and, because of ongoing health risks, particularly to the unvaccinated, participants are expected to adopt the risk mitigation measures (masking and social distancing, etc.) appropriate to their vaccination status as advised by public health officials or to their individual vulnerabilities as advised by a medical professional.
