Mark Tushnet is the William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. He specializes in constitutional law and theory and has written and published extensively on constitutional law and the Supreme Court. Professor Tushnet received his BA from Harvard College, MA from Yale University, and JD from Yale Law School, and he clerked for Justice Thurgood Marshall on the Supreme Court.
William Baude is a Professor Law and the Aaron Director Research Scholar at the University of Chicago Law School, where he specializes in constitutional law and interpretation. Professor Baude received his BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and his JD from Yale Law School. He clerked for then-Judge Michael McConnell on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and Chief Justice Roberts on the Supreme Court.
