The Energy Law Society is a nonpartisan organization comprised of students, faculty and staff members who are dedicated to bringing in speakers who will educate the community about the entire spectrum of energy law issues and policy. The Energy Law Society is committed to promoting a rigorous exchange of ideas on issues pertaining to legal thought, public policy and business strategy. Through a variety of events, including formal and informal speaking events and debates, the Energy Law Society is dedicated to promoting an open dialogue about these ideas. The University of Chicago Energy Law Society is open to all students, faculty and staff of the University.
