The goal of the Bull Moose Society is to spark debate about the nature and shortcomings of the current state of two-party politics. The society does this by hosting speakers on a variety of topics, both procedural and substantive. Topics presented include electoral reform and third party (eg. Green, Libertarian, Reform) approaches, with a focus on important issues that are being ignored or inadequately addressed by the two major parties.
