Hundreds of Law School alumni, guests, students, and faculty gathered May 4-6 to celebrate Reunion Weekend with dinners, receptions, and a variety of other events throughout the city of Chicago that gave them opportunities to reconnect with classmates and catch up with professors.

The weekend began with the annual Loop Luncheon downtown on Friday afternoon. Todd Henderson, Michael J. Marks Professor of Law, gave a talk titled “Lawyer CEOs."

The events on Saturday began with breakfast and a Town Hall Meeting with Dean Thomas J. Miles about the Law School’s initiatives, current students, and distinguished faculty. Clinical Professors Herschella Conyers, ’83, and Randolph Stone spoke about the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Clinic during the meeting.

Reunion celebrants from all classes were invited to join in a panel discussion, hosted by the Class of 1968, about how the scope of legal education has changed.

Alumni had the chance to attend a Faculty Masterclass with either Tom Ginsburg, Leo Spitz Professor of International Law and Ludwig Hilde Wolf Research Scholar, or Geoffrey Stone, ’71, Edward H. Levi Distinguished Service Professor of Law.
