Professor Josh Blackman is an Associate Professor of Law at the South Texas College of Law who specializes in constitutional law, the United States Supreme Court, and the intersection of law and technology. He is the author of the critically acclaimed Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare. After graduation from George Mason School of Law, Professor Blackman clerked for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Professor Chilton received a BA and MA in Political Science from Yale University. After college, he worked as a management consultant for BCG. He then went to Harvard University, where he earned a JD as well as a PhD in Political Science. Before joining the faculty, Professor Chilton taught at the Law School as a Bigelow Fellow and Lecturer in Law.
