Jordan Lorence, "Keeping Church Kids off Concrete: Litigating the Trinity Lutheran Case"

With a response by Mary Anne Case, Arnold I. Shure Professor of Law.

Jordan Lorence, Esq., serves as senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom. His work encompasses a broad range of litigation, with a primary focus on defending the First Amendment freedoms of public university students and professors.

Lorence has previously argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in the precedent-setting Southworth v. Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System case, challenging the university’s requirement that forced unwilling students to contribute to campus activist groups.
