After 37 years in private practice, in 2021 Mr. Junewicz joined the legal team at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. where he continues to practice in the M&A and capital markets areas. Prior to joining SCJ, Mr. Junewicz regularly represented companies and major investment banking firms in complex equity and debt securities offerings, focusing particularly on IPOs and offerings of high-yield debt. He also specialized in handling major M&A transactions and corporate restructurings for public and private companies. He has been a frequent contributor to securities law panels and has been identified by Chambers USA as a leading M&A lawyer. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Junewicz served as Assistant General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he received the Manual F. Cohen Award for outstanding legal ability and performance resulting in significant benefit to the work of the SEC.

At the Law School, Mr. Junewicz teaches Capital Markets Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions.
