What besides great legal analysis do you need to achieve results in the real world?  Based on what research has to tell us about what influences people’s choices, and decades of experience as a litigator and manager, Cynthia Giles will talk about the skills you need as a lawyer (or a policy maker, or any kind of advocate) to make things happen. Hint: you won’t find these in a case book.
