The 711 license is a license provided in Illinois under Supreme Court Rule 711, that allows students to practice law under the supervision of a licensed attorney (often involving stepping up in court!).  3Ls who have worked with 711 licenses will describe their experiences and answer questions about how to prepare for the application process. This event is free and open to the public, and is particularly relevant for 1Ls considering doing work under a 711 license during their 2L year. Snail Thai will be served.
