The Law of the Land - Preserving Chicago's Historic Architecture

On Saturday, October 11, Law of the Land will be touring historic landmarks in downtown Chicago with the Chicago Architecture Foundation from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Following the tour, participants will have lunch and hear from a panel of two professionals in Chicago's historic preservation community: Eleanor Gorski and Richard Friedman. Ms. Gorski serves as the Director of Historic Preservation in the City of Chicago's Department of Planning & Development. Mr. Friedman teaches historic preservation at The Law School and is a Partner at Neal & Leroy LLC.

For those living in or near Hyde Park, we will be taking public transportation from The Law School to the Chicago Cultural Center, leaving at 9am. Those living downtown or elsewhere are welcome to meet us at the south entrance of Chicago Cultrual Center at 10am.
