UChicago Alum Bahi Okupa will come to speak at the law school.  She is currently senior counsel for Potbelly Sandwich Works in downtown Chicago. Bahi joined Potbelly in 2012 about a year before the company went public. Prior to Potbelly, Bahi worked for five years at Ralcorp Holdings, a public food manufacturing company based in St. Louis . Bahi started her career at Dewey & Leboeuf in New York city and later moved to St. Louis to work in Bryan Cave’s corporate group before making the transition to in-house counsel.
