Robert R. Gasaway is the James L. Buckley Distinguished Fellow at the Smith Institute for Political Economy and Philosophy, and the Presidential Fellow in Law and Economics at Chapman University. Rob spent 25 years as a commercial and constitutional litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and more than a decade as Chairman of the Board of the International Foundation for Research in Experimental Economics. He graduated from the Law School in 1992. He holds an M.A. and M. Phil from Yale, and a B.A. in economics from Northwestern.
