John Ruppert, 1947 - 2022
John graduated from Richland High School in 1965. He continued his education at Washington State University, graduating in 1969 and at University of Chicago Law School, graduating in 1973. He served in the Army National Guard of Illinois and as a reserve of the army. He was a proud member of the Men's Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.
