Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Urška (Ursha) Prepeluh Magajne as a new shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office. Magajne is an experienced corporate attorney and joins the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice, part of Polsinelli’s highly regarded national Business Department. She advises clients on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity deals, drawing on her more than 20 years of legal experience in multiple countries.
