Tracey L. Meares '91 Joins Joyce Foundation's Board of Directors

The Joyce Foundation last week announced the election of Tracey L. Meares to its board of directors. Professor Meares is Deputy Dean and Walton Hale Hamilton Professor of Law at Yale Law School.

Prior to her position at Yale, Professor Meares served as the Max Pam Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Studies in Criminal Justice at the University of Chicago Law School. Her teaching and research subjects have centered on criminal procedure and criminal law policy. She earned her B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
