SNR Denton Names Mary Wilson, ’92 Head of Chicago Office

Mary Wilson, '92, a partner at SNR Denton's Chambers-ranked Health Care practice, has been named the new head of the Chicago office, effective immediately.

Wilson focuses her practice on national finance, health care law and tax-exempt organizations. She counsels and represents borrowers, underwriters, banks, issuers and serves as bond counsel in tax-exempt bond issues for non-profit organizations and other finance transactions. Wilson also advises and represents hospitals and health systems in corporate transactions and in finance strategy. She counsels all types of tax-exempt organizations in transactions, governance matters, finance issues and organizational issues. Wilson joined SNR Denton in 2005.
