Sam Stucker, ’15, Joins Benesch Corporate and Securities Practice Group

Benesch Gains Former Kirkland Corporate Partner In Chicago

Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner who's spent his entire career with the firm has joined Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP in Chicago to work with its corporate and securities practice group, the firm recently announced.

Sam Stucker is Benesch's newest partner, focusing his practice on a range of corporate matters, including working with clients on mergers and acquisitions and with private equity clients and others on a range of transactional matters.

His work includes advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex multibillion-dollar transactions, according to his firm profile.

In an interview with Law360 Pulse on Monday, Stucker said he wanted to move his practice to Benesch for a multitude of reasons, including that some of his former colleagues at Kirkland had found success with the firm
