Ryan Tisch, ’01, Joins McDermott Will & Emery in DC as Partner

Crowell & Moring Antitrust Pro Jumps To McDermott In DC

McDermott Will & Emery LLP has added a longtime Crowell & Moring LLP antitrust attorney to its regulatory practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.

Ryan Tisch has joined McDermott as a partner and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, merger clearances and litigation. In addition to handling matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, he also has represented clients before regulatory authorities in the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and China, the firm said.

Tisch's clients have included DuPont, Corteva, Chemours, CSX and Sonoco, according to his firm biography.

Ray Jacobsen, the global head of McDermott's antitrust practice group, said clients face a "complex environment," and adding Tisch will help them "across the spectrum of regulatory issues."

"Global antitrust activity is at an all-time high, with the FTC and DOJ implementing assertive, difficult-to-navigate enforcement policies that are increasing uncertainty in the regulatory space," Jacobsen said in a statement.
