A recent series of investigative reports in the Galesburg Register-Mail on the Illinois Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act featured a number of quotes from Clinical Professor Craig Futterman, director of the Civil Rights and Police Accountability Project, and one discusses the case that the project brought against Chicago police and prosecutors for denial of due process.
