Berger Montague PC Continues National Expansion With New Offices in San Francisco and Chicago

Berger Montague, the national plaintiffs’ class action and commercial litigation law firm, recently expanded its national footprint by opening offices in San Francisco and Chicago. The law firm has its headquarters in Philadelphia, with additional offices in Minneapolis, San Diego, and Washington, D.C

Managing the Chicago office is Senior Counsel Richard Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz concentrates his practice in the area of complex antitrust litigation with a focus on representation of direct purchasers of prescription drugs. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Mr. Schwartz has twice been named on the list of “Ones to Watch” attorneys by Best Lawyers in America.
