Reed Smith expands investigations and enforcement team with duo in Dallas
Reed Smith, a global law firm, announced that Rebecca Fike, an accomplished Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and enforcement attorney, has joined the firm’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group as a partner in the Dallas office.
“Rebecca’s enforcement background with the SEC makes her an exceptional addition to our team as we continue to strengthen the firm’s depth and capabilities in the Texas market,” said Dallas Office Managing Partner Omar Alaniz. “We have recently been accelerating our efforts to make strategic additions in Texas to support our clients. Just last week, we added Angela Hagerman as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice in Houston.
Fike previously served as senior counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where she led high-impact investigations, coordinated with parallel civil and criminal authorities, and received multiple awards for excellence in investigative work.
