A former Morrison Foerster LLP partner has jumped to Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Los Angeles after spending her entire career with her previous firm.

Nancy R. Thomas, a consumer class action and regulatory enforcement attorney, joined Davis Wright as of counsel on Oct. 2, a firm spokesperson confirmed to Law360 Pulse on Monday.

Thomas focuses her practice on the financial industry and represents financial institutions and other financial services companies both in class actions and regulatory and enforcement actions. She also represents clients in data breach litigation and investigations and other privacy matters, the firm said in a Monday statement.
