Ms. Rao earned her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School where she was a Tony Patiño Fellow (2012). She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and Comparative Literature (2007). Ms. Rao is admitted to practice in Minnesota and is concentrating her practice on Business Litigation.
