Michael Stone, ’96, Appointed Executive Director of the Center for Disability & Elder Law

The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) has appointed Michael Stone as Executive Director and Julie Harcum Brennan as Legal Director, marking a new era for the Chicago nonprofit serving low-income seniors and people with disabilities. Stone, a graduate of Harvard University and University of Chicago Law School and CDEL’s former Legal Director, will lead implementing the organization’s 2025–2027 Strategic Plan: Advancing Forward.
